Every state's divorce filing fee, name change fee, name-change publication rule, and general civil filing fee — from the official schedule or statute named in each state guide. Where the fee is set county by county, the table says so instead of printing a made-up statewide number; where a figure could not be verified from an official source, it is marked unverified.
